Abstract

A lot of difficulties encountered during restoration of grossly carious or decayed tooth or teeth. That may lead to the failure of prosthesis, if the procedure not performed ideally, it will indirectly affects the mental attitude of the patient toward the dentist. So a thorough knowledge of the factors that affects the longevity of the reconstructed tooth/teeth is must.
